#4 - Advertising Analysis

 Product Placement  Everyone knows that they will see advertisements when they walk into a movie theater. After all, it is one of the most exciting things about going to the movies. I always enjoy discussing what movies I want to see with my family and friends as the advertisements play. Many people will view advertisements as a way to stay entertained before a film starts; however, did you know that the advertisements often continue after the film has begun?  Product Placement has always been a fascinating topic to me. I will constantly point out product placements as I watch films and television. When I see a character drinking a can of Coke on the screen, I immediately know the motive behind it. You may not even realize that product placements have worked on you. For example, while watching television, you may see a group of people obviously eating at a McDonald's.  MacBook Air (M1, 2020)  I received my first MacBook Air for Christmas in 2014. The laptop lasted me up to seven years with little problem. I enjoyed my MacBook and was devastated when it began to slow down and work improperly. I knew I needed a new laptop, but I was unsure if I wanted to get another MacBook or try another brand, mainly due to Apple's prices. After doing some research, I found that I could buy a MacBook Air with a student discount , and I also had an Apple gift card that I could use. I got my new MacBook Air (2020) in December, and since then, I have compared my new MacBook to the one that lasted almost a decade.  The most crucial difference in my new MacBook Air is its use of the  M1 chip . The M1 chip is designed by Apple and is made specifically for Apple's laptops and computers.
